BULLETS FOR THE DEAD AT DENDY NEWTOWN AUGUST 18

August 13, 2016

Winner of A Night of Horror Film Festival's 2015 "Director's Choice Award", the bloody fantastic BULLETS FOR THE DEAD screens at Dendy Cinema Newtown, Thursday August 18 at 7pm! Presented by Monster Pictures, the screening will be followed by a Q&A with cast and crew hosted by the fest's own head of jury and Screen Space editor Simon Foster!

A beautifully-lensed horror western out of Queensland that puts a gang of thieves in the charge of a bounty hunter as they attempt to avoid zombie cannibals while traversing the Old West. With the feisty and outspoken Annie Blake (played by Vanessa Moltzen) chewing the scenery as much as the zombies are munching on the cast, the eye-patched bounty hunter James Dalton has more to contend with than just forming a zombie hit squad. Cathy Rodda (IRON SKY) and Norm Wilkinson (TIME GUARDIAN) produced BULLETS FOR THE DEAD in league with Griffith University as a way to give new graduates a let up into professional production.
