CALL FOR ENTRIES OPEN FOR AUSTRALIA'S OLDEST PREMIER HORROR/GENRE FILM FESTIVAL
A NIGHT OF HORROR returns for 2020
Australia's oldest premier horror and cross-genre film festival announced its official call for entries today. The festival, now in its twelfth year, is accepting feature films, shorts, web series, and screenplays for the 2020 event.
After a short hiatus, the legendary festival returns once again to host a four-day celebration of all things horrific and terrifying held once again at Dendy Cinemas Newtown, the Inner West Home of Horror, with some of the best new independent horror films from Australia and around the world.
Fresh blood and cold sweat will be flowing freely from Thursday, May 14th to Sunday, May 17th, 2020, including more than ten features, several short film and web series mini-programs, a horror movie trivia challenge, filmmakers panel, opening night party, closing night awards ceremony, festival wrap party, and our signature live-streaming interviews and coverage throughout the Festival.
With the support and guidance of Festival co-founder, Dr. Dean Bertram, three of the Festival’s champions - Craig Walker, Enzo Tedeschi, and Bryn Tilly - have taken over the reigns as the Festival directorial team, promising a frighteningly good program and a pedigree of exceptional festival experience.
Keep your eyes peeled.
